Muay Thai is Thailand's national striking art — punches, kicks, knees, and elbows built on footwork, timing, and rhythm. At Flow Academy Indio it's taught the way it should be: technique first, conditioning that earns its place, and a room where beginners are welcomed, not tested.
Coach Adrian, an experienced Muay Thai and MMA fighter with an energetic, practical style, leads both the kids and adult programs. Classes run about an hour: warm-up, technique of the day, padwork and partner drills, then a cool-down. New students work at their own pace from day one.
Kids and youth train Mondays and Wednesdays — ages 5–9 at 5:00 PM and ages 10–14 at 6:00 PM — a structured, kid-safe program focused on confidence, discipline, and focus. Adults follow at 7:00 PM with a class that balances real technique, honest conditioning, and a team-first culture. Many families train back-to-back nights and make it their routine.
