FRIDAY ADULT MMA.
WHERE IT ALL COMES TOGETHER.
Mixed martial arts for adults in Indio — the Friday-night class that blends the striking you build in Muay Thai with the grappling you build in Jiu-Jitsu into one complete skill set.
THE CLASS THAT
TIES IT TOGETHER.
MMA is where the pieces connect: striking into takedowns, takedowns into control, control into submissions. Our Friday Adult MMA class takes what you build in Muay Thai and Adult Jiu-Jitsu during the week and teaches you how the ranges fit together.
It's a structured, coached class — not a fight club. Expect blend work on pads, wall and clinch positions, ground-and-control scenarios, and controlled situational rounds matched to your experience. Safety and technique come first, every week.
It's best suited to adults already training striking or grappling (or both) who want to round out their game — but motivated beginners are welcome. If you're brand new, we'll usually point you to Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu first and build from there; your coach will give you a straight answer on where to start.

Ask About MembershipMMA QUESTIONS,
ANSWERED.
Do I have to want to compete?
No. Some members train MMA for fitness and skill, some for self-defense, a few with competitive goals. The class serves all three — nobody is pushed toward a cage.
Can I start with MMA as a complete beginner?
You can try it — your first class is free. That said, most beginners get more out of starting with Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu and adding Friday MMA once the fundamentals are in place. We'll tell you honestly which path fits.
Is it full-contact?
No. Training is controlled and coached — pads, positional scenarios, and situational rounds at an intensity matched to your level. Hard sparring is never a requirement.
What gear do I need?
Nothing for the first class — athletic clothes and a water bottle. If you continue, you'll want gloves, shin guards, and a mouthguard; we'll point you to the right gear.
