Flow Limitless is martial arts built around the student instead of the other way around. Coordination, balance, strength, simple self-defense fundamentals, focus, and — just as much as any of it — friendship and a place to belong.
A standard class hands everyone the same drill and asks them to keep up. This one doesn't. Classes are kept small on purpose so every student gets individualized attention in a calmer room, and coaches who are experienced with all abilities adapt drills on the fly. Encouragement, never pressure. Every effort gets recognized, and every win counts — because progress here is measured against where a student started, not against the person next to them.
It is a movement, fitness and confidence program — a martial arts class where your child gets to be an athlete.

Flow Limitless at Indio is one class, for ages 6–17 — the free class on Thursday, October 1 at 3:15 PM. If your child is younger than six, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you what we have for that age.
Flow Limitless runs once a week, on Thursdays. The free class on October 1 is the start — we're finalizing the ongoing Thursday time now, so call or text (951) 337-3781 and we'll tell you where it lands.

Flow Limitless is its own program with its own curriculum, smaller classes and coaches who specialise in adaptive teaching — that's what the rate reflects. A child with a disability is always welcome in our standard kids and youth classes at the standard price, with reasonable accommodations at no extra charge. Families choose Limitless for the format, never because they have to.
Ways families cover it: Flow Academy is an approved charter-school enrichment vendor (Mission Vista, Excel Academy, Elite Academic Academy — ask your Education Specialist). Families using Regional Center Self-Determination funds can pay with an itemised invoice — ask us. For HSA or FSA, we provide an itemised receipt; eligibility is between your family and your plan.

WHY THIS PROGRAM
EXISTS.
I'm a coach and I'm a founder, but the reason Flow Limitless exists is that I'm a mom who has lived this. My son was diagnosed with autism at age 3.
Traditional martial arts can overwhelm kids like ours. It moves fast, it's loud, and it asks you to do the thing right now, with a partner, in front of everybody. When touch isn't your thing, being told to grab a partner doesn't feel exciting — it feels scary.
You can't hand our kids a fixed curriculum and expect them to fit into it. Every child is at their own level. So we don't ask them to come to us — we meet them exactly where they are.

WHAT TO EXPECT
ON DAY ONE.
The things a parent actually wants to know before making the drive.
What "adaptive" means here
The drill changes to fit the student. Coaches who are experienced with all abilities adjust on the fly — the grip, the pace, the number of steps, how much contact is involved — and they lead with encouragement rather than pressure. Nobody is asked to keep up with anybody.
What the room is like
An open mat room with a small group on it. We keep the music low and the class calm. If a student needs to step to the side of the mat for a minute and come back when they're ready, that isn't a problem here — it's expected.
Can I stay with my child?
Yes. Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay for the whole class, and there's seating right by the mat. If it helps your child to have you on the mat with them, say so when you arrive and we'll make it work.
What to wear and bring
No uniform needed — we'll have a shirt for them. Comfortable clothes your child can move in — a t-shirt with shorts or leggings — and a water bottle. We train barefoot on the mats; if bare feet aren't going to work, grip socks are fine.
Tell us first, not after
Call or text (951) 337-3781 before you come and tell us what helps your child and what doesn't — sounds, transitions, touch, breaks, a comfort object. We'd much rather know beforehand than find out on the mat.
You can just watch
If your child isn't ready to step on the mat, come and watch instead. Plenty of students watch the first one from the side and join in the second. That's a normal start, not a failed one.

My child has never done a sport. Is this the wrong place to start?
It's the right place to start. Being new to movement and sport is one of the reasons this class exists, and no experience is needed for any part of it.
