OUT OF EVERY CLASS.

Every Muay Thai class at Flow Academy Indio is built around six things parents tell us they want most for their kids.

No.01

Confidence

Kids learn to carry themselves with calm strength — on the mats, at school, and at home.

No.02

Discipline

Structured classes, clear expectations, and earned progress build follow-through that lasts.

No.03

Fitness

Real conditioning that builds endurance, strength, and healthy habits without it feeling like punishment.

No.05

Coordination

Footwork, timing, and rhythm — the same skills that show up in every other sport they play.

No.06

Respect & Self-Defense

Real self-defense skills paired with the discipline to never need to use them outside the gym.

Ask About Membership

PARENT QUESTIONS,
ANSWERED.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. One full class, no cost, no obligation, no awkward pressure at the end.

My child has never done martial arts. Is that okay?

Perfect. Almost every kid in the program started with zero experience. The coaches pair new kids with a buddy from day one.

What if my child is shy?

We see this every week. Our coaches are trained to bring quiet kids out of their shells gradually — no one gets thrown into the deep end.

Is Muay Thai safe for kids?

Yes — our youth Muay Thai is non-contact at the start. Kids learn technique on pads and bags. Safety is the foundation.

How long are classes?

About one hour, including warm-up, technique, padwork, and a cool-down.

What happens after the trial?

If your child loves it, we'll walk you through your options. Monthly memberships and family pricing are all available.
