Your First Thursday: What a Visit to Flow Limitless Looks Like
October 13, 2026
It’s mid-October in Indio. The heat has finally let go of the afternoons, school routines have settled in, and a lot of families are looking at the week for one regular thing that fits. If Thursday after school is on your list, the question we hear most is a simple one: what does a first visit to Flow Limitless actually look like?
You Don’t Have to Decide Anything Yet
The first class is free and there’s nothing to buy to try it. Plenty of families come only to watch. There’s seating at the edge of the mat, and sitting through all forty-five minutes from there is a perfectly good first visit. Some of those kids join in the following Thursday. Some take a few weeks. We don’t keep score.
A Call or Text First, If You Like
You don’t need to call before you come, but it helps. Text or call (951) 337-3781 and tell us what works for your child and what doesn’t: sounds, changes between activities, touch, breaks, a comfort object. Coach Zaide reads those notes before Thursday, so she’s not guessing when your child walks in.
Walking In
Get here a few minutes before 4:15 so nobody is rushing. Shoes come off at the edge of the mat; we train barefoot, and grip socks are fine. There’s no uniform, so clothes your child can move in and a water bottle are plenty. Coach Zaide says hello to your child by name, usually crouched down at eye level, and shows them around the room before anything starts. Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay for the whole class.
Three Ways to Spend the 45 Minutes
- Watch the whole class from the edge of the mat.
- Join the opening circle and first game, then step back and watch the rest.
- Join in from start to finish.
Whichever one your child picks is the right one, and they can change their mind halfway through. A student who steps off to the side for a minute isn’t a problem. The group keeps going, and a coach picks them back up when they’re ready.
Students who use a wheelchair train with us in Indio. A padded mat is a surface a chair doesn’t roll onto, which is a two-minute logistics conversation, not a reason to sit out. Some students transfer onto the mat, some work at its edge with a coach, and nobody is asked to leave their chair.
What Happens Afterward
Nobody at the door is waiting for an answer. Most parents ask a couple of questions on the way out, and we’re glad to answer them. If Thursday works, we’ll see you next week. If it’s not the right week, call us when it is.
The Practical Part
Flow Limitless at Indio is for ages 6–17, Thursdays 4:15–5:00 PM, once a week, with Coach Zaide, at 42425 Jackson Street, Suite C112. First class is free. After that it’s $150 a month, month-to-month, with 15% off a second child in the same household and 20% off a third. A child with a disability is always welcome in our standard kids and youth classes at the standard price, with reasonable accommodations at no extra charge.
The rest of the detail lives on the Flow Limitless program page, or you can just call us.
